Enrolments

Introductory information about Peter Carnley Anglican Community School may be obtained from the Enrolments Officer at the School office. 

FOR ENTRY INTO PCACS

An Application for Enrolment should be completed for each child and submitted with a non refundable Application Fee. The original or a certified copy of your child’s birth certificate must be shown to the Enrolments Officer at this time, along with Immunisation records, the last two School reports and NAPLAN results (where applicable).  We also require copies of visas from families who have entered the country recently, and whose residency in Australia is visa dependent.  It is important to note that the completion of an Application for Enrolment Form and payment of the Application Fee does not guarantee a place at the School. Confirmation of enrolment will be conditional on a successful interview. Please note that for Kindergarten entry, your child must turn four years of age on or before 30 June in the year of entry. Children who do not meet this requirement cannot be accepted for enrolment.

Following receipt of the Application for Enrolment, a time will be arranged for you and your child/ren to meet with the Head of School. At this interview you should accurately represent the needs of your child as evidenced through previous schooling, day care or observations.

A formal offer of a place at the School is made following the successful completion of this process. All offers will be subject to a satisfactory interview.

Parents accept the offer of a place by returning to the School the documentation requested in the Letter of Offer. A non refundable Enrolment Fee for the first child plus an additional smaller fee for each additional child enrolled from the same family (up to a set maximum) is required to be paid at this time.

Please note that despite the Letter of Offer being sent, the enrolment is not confirmed until the requested documentation and Enrolment Fee are received by the School.

The Financial Information leaflet which outlines the tuition fees and charges, discounts and conditions for the payment of accounts should be read in conjunction with the above information.

All enrolment applications should be accompanied by a copy of the Birth Certificate, Immunisation records, the last two School Reports, any Naplan results, any NAPLAN results and the Application Fee.

 

Applications for Year 7-12

Applications for Year 7-12 will be given priority.  Please fill out an Enrolment Application for priority placing.
